Shipping policy

These transmissions ship using protective packaging designed to secure fluid-bearing drivetrain components. Before dispatch, the buyer must confirm a full street address, daytime receiving contact and whether the destination accepts freight. A liftgate or delivery appointment can be added when offered by the carrier; such services may affect cost and timing. Transit updates are supplied through carrier tracking when available, but extreme weather and terminal scheduling can affect delivery. Inspect the shipment immediately, retain the crate and document damage on the carrier receipt whenever possible. If the shipment appears to contain a different transmission than ordered, do not install it; contact us with the label and packaging photos so the discrepancy can be resolved.
